And this one is no exception. It's all about the design. Having one button matters. My previous horn had 3 buttons and the one to sound the horn was in the middle. It was hard to hit reliably without looking as is the case 90% of the time. This ROCKBROS horn is great that way, there's only one button and can be found fast by feel.The next great design feature is the whistle sound. It sounds like a police whistle and gets the attention of drivers. This unit is not as loud as my previous horn but it is adequate.Don't expect this to stay put on the handlebars with only the rubber strap. In my experience, no rubber strap you can pull tight without breaking is strong enough to hold the horn in place when you sound the alarm. Fortunately, this unit rests against my brake lever at an acceptable angle. YMMV.About the lack of rechargable battery, I have come around to it. I think this design holds up to the weather better; especially when transported at highway speeds on a rack. I think that was a factor in the demise of my previous horn.
